Shipping and Return policy
We will ship your pillow for free within two business days after placing the order. An email with tracking info will be sent to you when we ship your pillow. Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We currently do not ship to the following states:
Alaska, Hawaii, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island,Virginia, West Virginia. We also cannot ship outside the United states at this time.
We know your time is limited, which is why we make returns as headache-free as humanly possible. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions and a shipping label to your inbox.
All returns will have a $10.00 fee which will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
US RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition, not used and not washed.
- A return shipping fee of $10.00 is non-refundable.
Returns From Other Retailers: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Please reach out to place of purchase for their return policy.
When will I receive my refund?
It typically takes about 2-5 business days to process a return after your returned product has been received by us.
